I was looking for a model that would help my clients with ADD/ADHD be able to focus, be more social, decrease aggressiveness, and not get into trouble at school. It was clear to me that these kids who were desperately asking for help needed a more holistic intervention. I decided to incorporate Neurofeedback into my practice and have never looked back.
Medication is an option for some children and adults who suffer from this chemical imbalance of the brain. More and more people are now being medicated to be able to focus at school and daily life to deal with the emotional turmoil caused by this challenge.
Neurofeedback helps not only my clients with ADD/ADHD but also clients with all sorts of other challenges.
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive intervention that trains the brain to do its work in a way that is easy and clear. It is also called “fitness for the brain” because through exercises it trains the brain to regulate itself and to assist the person in reaching optimal potential.
It helps with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, eating disorders, autism, TBI, and attention problems. Athletes and business executives are taking advantage of Neurofeedback technologies to learn how to utilize the full potential of their minds to reach their peak.
Please give me a call at (424) 347-7288 and I’ll be more than happy to provide you with a 30 minute free phone consultation to assess if Neurofeedback or other programs I offer are the right solution for your case. Hope to hear from you soon! South Bay Brain Center in Torrance
